No food + workout = very bad idea

Gym friday night: I had more to do than this, but I had not eaten in 10+ hours....so I just did this before almost puking at the gym.

10-1 Ladder

Air squats
sit-ups
push-ups
lunges: left foot
lunges: right foot

bike for 15 min (54 rpm)


My legs are KILLING me today
