20 each leg - kicking side crunches

mini upside down ab workout

One time thru Jillian's upside down ab workout including the high knees. I didn't make it to the gym so I did it before bed. Slacker, I know.

did one of Jillian's workouts. Basically standing crunches. My back is killing me now :-(.

I think that's what it was....It may have been 5x. All I know is I had horrible acid reflux so it SUCKED!
