5 AM with Peter

Going to the gym at 5 AM has its perks. 1. plenty of parking 2. I get to work on time 3. No stupid girls in mini skirts and heels looking for guys 4. No guys doing only bicep curls....It's great.

5:00 am workout....

way too early to be awake...

5 min fitness test on the bike
15 min random on the bike (avg. 85-90 rpm)

2 min on fatburn on the bike....but the heart rate meter wasn't working so the program didn't work
