yoga
Took a yoga class with Scott and Steven... it was fun but totally kicked my ass. I was feeling pretty good right after.... sore as hell the next morning. I would totally do it again though :-)

dancing...
normally I wouldn't count this, but I danced my F***ing ass off. My legs were sore before I even left the bar. So that's 3 hrs of dancing... quite the workout

Turkey Trot
So Happy!! Amy and I both ran the entire 5k race! We did stop to go to the bathroom, but it was at the water break anyway :-P. I even had enough energy to sprint to the finish.... and then come to a screeching hault with all the people just hanging out at the finish. I also did not accidently grab anyone innappropriately this year :-)
5K run - 41:21 (including stopping to go to the bathroom and stopping to stretch)

Finally went to the 24 HR Fitness by my house. It's smaller than the Campbell one (or just set up wierd) but it wasn't a total meat market. I think all the people that are just there to get ass went to the new 24 super sport.

run/ab workout
left work early so I could get in a run before it got dark. but, I forgot to use my inhaler before I ran and it was really fucking cold, so my lungs died! Didn't run the entire time, but most of it.
Ran/walked 1.6 miles
3x
10 each side - hand to knee side crunches w/ 5 lb weights
10 eash leg - side kick crunches
10 each leg - pike kick crunches
attempted dips, but my shoulder couldn't handle it tonight

Let's try this again...
I've worked out since I last posted... just not much. So I'm gonna try this again....
I ran last night, pretty much the first time in 2 yrs I've been running. My ankle and knee seem to be holding up pretty good. Didn't run much. Just trying to get back into it. I ran around my neighborhood. I forgot to measure the distance (I'll do that tonight). I think it was about a mile and I did it in about 10 min. Not great, but considering, not bad. Definitely feeling it today :-P
