Turkey Trot
Walked the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving with Amy. My ankle is not happy with me now, but I did pretty well considering. We were also slowed a little by strollers....and my groping random people LOL

Sunday night workout
I was awoken from my nap only to be dragged to the gym by Peter. But I needed to go. Still recovering from an ankle sprain.

30 sec straight bridge
20 calf raises
10 push ups
5 single leg stabilizers
