Still sore....

Bike 5 min (65 rpm)
Bike 5 min (85 rpm) 8.6 miles total

50 crunches
40 squats
30 sec. bridge
20 push-ups
10 single leg stabilizers (10 each leg)

row 1000 m (3:11/500 m) - ankle started to hurt pretty bad :-(

about 25 min
