I've worked out since I last posted... just not much. So I'm gonna try this again....
I ran last night, pretty much the first time in 2 yrs I've been running. My ankle and knee seem to be holding up pretty good. Didn't run much. Just trying to get back into it. I ran around my neighborhood. I forgot to measure the distance (I'll do that tonight). I think it was about a mile and I did it in about 10 min. Not great, but considering, not bad. Definitely feeling it today :-P
