mini upside down ab workout
One time thru Jillian's upside down ab workout including the high knees. I didn't make it to the gym so I did it before bed. Slacker, I know.
20 each side - hand to knee side crunches
20 each leg - side kick crunches
20 each leg - pike kick crunches
