Sunday night workout

I was awoken from my nap only to be dragged to the gym by Peter. But I needed to go. Still recovering from an ankle sprain.

Bike
5 min slow (around 45 rmp)
5 min fast (80 rpm)
5 min slow (50 rpm)
5 min fast (90 rpm)

3x's

Row 250 m
50 crunches
40 bicycle crunches
30 sec straight bridge
20 calf raises
10 push ups
5 single leg stabilizers

Didn't time it, but I did finish it.
